C&rsquo;est un navire utilis\u00e9 dans l\u2019industrie p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et gazi\u00e8re pour le traitement et le stockage des hydrocarbures et le stockage du p\u00e9trole, du gaz naturel ou des huiles produits en mer. Un navire FPSO est con\u00e7u pour recevoir les hydrocarbures produits \u00e0 partir de plateformes ou d\u2019installation sous-marines. Ces navires permettent de les traiter et les stocker jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils puissent \u00eatre d\u00e9charg\u00e9s sur des tankers (navire-citerne, FSO) ou, moins fr\u00e9quemment, transport\u00e9 par un gazoduc (Source wikipedia).<\/p>\n<p>Le lien wiki est <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Unit%C3%A9_flottante_de_production,_de_stockage_et_de_d%C3%A9chargement\" target=\"_blank\">ici<\/a><\/strong>. Je n&rsquo;imaginais pas que ce genre d&rsquo;engin pouvait exister. On peut m\u00eame voir les caract\u00e9ristiques du b\u00e2timent de la photo ici :&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/teekay.com\/business\/offshore\/floating-production-storage-and-offloading\/petrojarl-varg\/\" target=\"_blank\">le Petrojarl Varg<\/a><\/strong>. Leur mission principale est d&rsquo;apporter sur les plateformes le mat\u00e9riel et\/ou la nourriture r\u00e9clam\u00e9s, et parfois du personnel si le temps ne permet pas les rel\u00e8ves par h\u00e9lico.
